I’m Andy Bunday, a multi-disciplinary creative communications specialist. I build teams and help organizations create compelling concepts and content that grabs and holds audience attention.

My work has covered everything from major ad campaigns and brand development to public service messaging and employee communications.

As well as working in large established ad agencies like BBH, Leo Burnett and HHCL, I've freelanced and consulted for a number of start ups in their embryonic phase, including Adam & Eve and Hurrell & Dawson, where I worked closely with the leadership to build the business.

I've worked as creative director across several large accounts, including the NHS, Home Office, P&G, Kellogg's and Virgin. As well as overseeing projects from end to end, I allocated resources, hired and mentored staff, wrote appraisals, set commercial objectives and so on.

Prior to taking on the creative director mantle, I worked as both art director and copywriter. As a writer, my output extended beyond just headlines and ad copy, to long copy for brochures, websites, blogs and white papers.

Alongside my agency career I've worked as a cartoonist and caricaturist for national newspapers like The Times and The Independent. Years ago I did a complete series for Spitting Image. And in 2010 I made several TV appearances drawing cartoons live on air as part of CNN’s regular news coverage.

In my agency leadership roles I've taken all the training and development courses I've been offered. These include Alexander Dunlop's "Building brand stories through archetypes"; Greenfield's "Managing digital teams"; The IPA's "Advanced leadership skills"; plus Facebook and Google accreditation.

I've developed a collaborative and inclusive style, nurturing and leading creatives to produce breakthrough ideas that really perform.
