I’m Andy Bunday, a marketing and advertising creative director based in the North of England. I've worked in large ad agencies like BBH, Leo Burnett, HHCL and The&Partnership, and freelanced and consulted as an advisor and NExD, working closely with business founders to manage growth and change.

I've been the creative director across the NHS, Home Office, P&G, Kellogg's, Virgin and TalkTalk. As a leader, I've championed creative excellence and innovation and built and nurtured high performing creative departments. In my most recent role at The&Partnership, I collaborated closely within a JV, working with our production partners at TAG/Hogarth and our media partners at mSix.

My background is as both art director and copywriter, covering everything from major ad campaigns, to CRM and employee comms. I have extensive experience in all media: broadcast TV and radio, digital and social, print, OOH, POS and experiential.

My first job out of college was drawing caricatures for Spitting Image. And for years, I had an entertaining side-line as an op-ed cartoonist for The Times and The Independent. In 2010, I regularly appeared on TV, drawing cartoons live on air for CNN news. Whether I’m standing in the spotlight, working behind the scenes, or directing others, it’s always about the team. My management style is collaborative and inclusive, but still decisive.

I've taken leadership training at every opportunity, including Alexander Dunlop's "Brand Archetypes", Greenfield's "Managing Digital Teams",the IPA's "Advanced Leadership Skills", Grow People's "Made not Born" plus Facebook and Google accreditations.
